Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 5PM CT will be shipped out in 2-5 business days from the order date.

Please note that all domestic US customer orders are shipped via USPS (Ground Advantage most commonly).  When an order is set to ship and the shipping label is printed, the customer will be emailed the tracking information. There may be a delay of 1 day between the shipping notification email and the tracking information being updated.

In some rare cases when a product (i.e. flange seals) is shipped via standard USPS mail, no tracking number will be provided.

For International customers, they will have a choice of carrier but the most common will be USPS tranferring to DHL. In these cases the tracking humber may update from a USPS number to a DHL number.

Free Shipping is offered on orders over $75 USD.  Totals are after discounts, and before taxes.
